The 2011 Toyota Tundra is a full-size pickup truck that was available in a variety of configurations, including regular cab, double cab, and CrewMax cab styles. It was offered with a choice of two engine options, a 4.6-liter V8 and a 5.7-liter V8, and came with either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The Tundra was redesigned for 2011 and received a number of updates, including a new front grille, new headlights, and new taillights. The interior was also redesigned and now featured a more upscale look and feel. The 2011 Toyota Tundra came with a variety of engine and transmission options. The base engine was a 4.0L V6 producing 236 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque. The next step up was a 4.6L V8 engine that produced 310 horsepower and 327 lb-ft of torque. The top-of-the-line engine was a 5.7L V8 that produced 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque. All three engines were paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. In terms of performance, the 2011 Toyota Tundra was a capable truck. The 4.0L V6 was adequate for most tasks, but the 4.6L V8 and 5.7L V8 engines provided significantly more power. The Tundra's towing capacity ranged from 6,400 pounds with the 4.0L V6 to 10,400 pounds with the 5.7L V8.
